A deposit of 20% will confirm the booking.
The booking cannot be held unless the deposit is received
within 10 days of the provisional booking.
The balance of
the payment together with the damages/ cleaning/ breakages
deposit is due at the latest 8 weeks prior to the commencement
of the holiday.
Payment may be made by UK sterling cheque, international
money order, or by euros.

- You may cancel
your booking at any time subject to the following
||the deposit is non-refundable.
||if cancellation is made between 8 weeks and 6 weeks
prior to commencement of the holiday, then 50% of
the total cost of the booking will be forfeited.
||if cancellation is made between 6 weeks and 4 weeks
of commencement of the holiday, then 75% of the total
cost of the booking will be forfeited.
||if cancellation is made later than 4 weeks prior
to commencement of the holiday or after the holiday
has commenced, the entire cost of the booking is forfeited.
We strongly advise holidaymakers to take out holiday insurance
which covers cancellation as well as other eventualities.
- The price quoted for your holiday includes bed linen,
hand and bath towels, electricity, water, gas, use of the
swimming pool, games rooms, and garden.
There may be a small additional charge for electrical
heating in the low season.
- The hirer is responsible
for ensuring that the premises are left in a clean
and tidy condition. A refundable damages/ cleaning/ breakages
deposit of £100 is payable with the balance of
payment for the booking.
If any repairs / breakages have to be paid for, or if
cleaning is necessary over and above the normal cleaning
required, then this amount will be calculated and will
be deducted from the deposit. Either the full deposit or
the remaining deposit will be returned to the hirer within
two weeks of the end of the booking period. Should the
cost of damage or repairs exceed £100
then we will advise the hirer and will expect to be re-imbursed
for the total cost of repairs / damages.
The property will be available from 4 p.m.
on the date that the booking commences, and the property
must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the date that the booking

pool and any other amenities on site is at the hirer's
risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury,
loss or damage to the hirer's party, or their personal
belongings including cars.
Whilst every effort has been
